Anda Zeng writes cinematic night songs for the daydreamer.
Her years of creating impressionistic blends of harp, piano, dreamy vocals, and visceral lyrics culminated in the 2020 release of her debut EP, Night Dress. After receiving radio play on CBC and CJRU, as well as being featured on the Project 33.3 vinyl, Anda Zeng returns to take listeners to deep space and the heart of human longing with her new single, “Dream of Touch.” Through Anda’s vivid storytelling and celestial indie production by Jonathan Wu, the song recalls the life cycle of a secret love and enshrines it in the stars.
As a solo performer, Anda has shared a bill with Annie Sumi and Hiroki Tanaka and has collaborated with poet Natalie Wee. Anda is also a vocalist, harpist, and songwriter for the band Tiger Balme.
